Meet our Founders
Spice Culture is led by three passionate founders with over 50 years of combined experience in hospitality.
Chef Vijay Singh Rawat — with a career in some of the world’s most renowned fine-dining restaurants, Chef Vijay brings unmatched expertise and artistry to every dish.
Chef Narayan Basnet — with extensive experience in luxury restaurants across Delhi and Dubai, Chef Narayan infuses his cooking with authenticity, bold flavours, and a flair for innovation.
Amit Singh — a seasoned food & beverage professional, who began his career at TGI Fridays and went on to manage one of the UK’s busiest restaurants, Leeds Red Hot, for over a decade.
Together, they bring expertise, passion, and a shared vision: to deliver outstanding Indian food, paired with warm service and a dining experience you’ll always remember.
